6 week program results are dependent on the clients initial physical condition. Results will vary. PROPER weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Strength gains are dependent on frequency of workouts and following the program outside of sessions.
Post-Natal- After having a baby, weight loss, strength and flexibility are the central focus. This program sees immediate results when the client takes hold of the training principles as well as specific dietary consultation.
Weight Reduction- We will first start off by having an initial consultation session at no charge where we will assess your fitness level and review your goals. Then we will work with you to personally customize an effective weight loss program that will best suit your needs.
At Power to You, Inc., you will be working with a certified personal trainer who will train you in the comfort of your home, workplace or gym. For your convenience, we will provide all necessary work-out equipment.
